H1PUNCOATED CARBIDENoneC3H05-H15Hardened MaterialsUncoated carbide grade for finishing chilled cast iron at medium speeds. Finishing and roughing of cast iron, bronze and brass. Grade for wiper inserts.
K15WCOATED CARBIDE C2-C3K10-K25Cast IronCoated carbide grade milling of grey cast iron under wet conditions. To be used at medium speeds.
K20DMT-CVD COATED CARBIDEMT-CVDC1-C3K10-K30Cast IronMT-CVD coated grade for medium to rough milling of cast iron mainly without coolant. Long tool life with high speed capability.
K20WCOATED CARBIDE C1-C3K15-K35Cast IronCoated carbide grade for medium to rough milling of grey cast iron mainly under wet conditions. To be used at low to medium cutting speeds.
P10APVD COATED CARBIDEPVDC3H05-H15Hardened MaterialsPVD coated grade for light milling of hardened steel. In combination with precision ground edges, first choice for finishing in profile milling applications.
S05FCVD COATED CARBIDE  S05-S15High-Temp AlloysCVD Coated carbide. For high speed finishing in HRSA or long cuts at lower speeds. This grade can also be used in roughing applications where notch wear is not a significant probem, i.e. when using round inserts, a larger lead angle or when machining softer materials.
S30TPVD COATED CEMENTED CARBIDEPVD M15-M35, S15-S30Stainless Steel, High-temp AlloysA PVD coated carbide cemented carbide, for milling in stable conditions with medium to high cutting speeds. For applications where demand on edge line security and reliablility are are high, such as sticky austenitic and duplex stainless steels. Dry machining is first choice, but may also be used in wet machining.
S40TCVD CEMENTED CARBIDEMT-CVD M30-MK45, S25-S45Stainless Steel, High-temp AlloysA Tough MT-CVD coated cemented carbide, for milling in very toughness-demanding operations such as stainless steel. Also useful in operations with abrasive tendencies, e.g., cast components, ferretic/martensitic stainless steels and PH-steels at medium speeds. Also useful for small batch
SM30CARBIDE – UNCOATED C5-C6P20-P40, M25-M35Steel, Stainless SteelComplementary grade for general milling in operations where there are simultaneous demands for toughness, wear resistance and resistance to thermal cracking. Wide range of applications. “The sharp cutting edge” insert grade.
